All employers who have got two or more employees are required to display the most recent State and Federal labor Law Posters. These posters are intended to educate the employees of their rights. The posters are expected to be displayed very strategically so as to ensure that all the workers are able to have a good view. Recommended areas include the main entrance, break room and the cloak room. Labor Law Posters may tend to differ slightly depending on the particular industry that one is dealing with.
